How I work
Before a portrait / fashion shoot starts with a new model, a work agreement (rights & intentions) will be signed by the model and returned to the photographer.
A concept agreement (Dutch and English) can be found here: Concept work agreement
Please take notice of the fact that I do not share RAW files or unedited photos with models, and I do not give permission to third parties to edit i.e. manipulate photos that I have provided. Not manually and not with AI. RAW files are only shared with a selected few post-processing professionalists for them to improve and perfect the images that I create.
My portfolio — i.e. the various series that I create — is a reference for the style / contrast / colour grading of the photos that you and I will be taking. So, for example,
if we agree on doing a City Editorial Photoshoot, please be aware of the specifics in the style and looks (aesthetics / postprocessing presets) of the finalised, edited images in that series — which are all accessible via the homepage and the top menu. WYS there IWYG.
I aim to build a body of work with a recognisable signature, and my work is characterised by trademark standards for each series' specific aesthetics / presets.
Inspirations: Richard Avedon, Irving Penn, Anton Corbijn, Jacques Olivar.
Looking forward to working with you!
